Be Agile!

An Agile team is a group of people who work collaboratively, adopting a software development methodology based on principles such as interaction between individuals, responsiveness to change, and continuous delivery of value to the customer.

In an Agile team, work is organized into sprints, which are short work cycles (usually one to four weeks) during which a functioning product is delivered to the customer. Each sprint includes a set of well-defined and planned activities to ensure the achievement of agreed-upon objectives.

The team is composed of several roles, including a Project Owner who represents the customer and is responsible for defining the features required by the product, one or more developers who create the code, and a testing team responsible for verifying that the product complies with the required specifications.

Communication within the team is crucial: the team meets regularly to discuss the status of the work, identify any issues, and collaborate to resolve them. Furthermore, the team uses automated support tools to visualize the work in progress and monitor its progress.
